How we use your details

What we collect and why

For adults aged 18 and over: your email and the details you submit. Clothing interest includes product, color, size and country; Learn includes experience and goals; video requests include name, occasion and brief. We keep the reference, time and consent-notice version so the operator can review your request and reply manually.

How it is used

A request is not a purchase, booking or newsletter subscription. We do not automatically generate videos or send a confirmation email. Email addresses are unverified. We do not sell inquiry data or display submissions publicly.

Storage and access

Vercel hosts the website and Neon stores inquiries in a separate private database in the United States. The project operator can review them privately. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to operate and secure the service. Do not include health, financial or other sensitive information in your brief.

Retention and your choices

We keep a request while it is needed for the release or discussion you asked about, and review stored requests at least every 90 days. Ask us to access, correct or delete your request using the contact above. We may need to verify that it is yours before making changes.
